Expert Analysis
Evan Bell | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Harper is an athletic guard who played lockdown defense for KBA 14U at the PGH Michigan College Tour IV. She moves quickly laterally, guards her yard, and defends effectively without fouling. Harper has sharp instincts in the gap. She used her anticipation to cause deflections and generate steals. Harper used good rip moves to penetrate off the dribble and sank a smooth wing jumper off the catch. She’s a two-way difference maker who looks like an immediate impact player at the high school level.
