Laila made quite the first impression at the PGH Michigan College Tour IV. She’s going to be an exciting prospect to watch alongside VanDusen this winter. Laila has length, athleticism, quickness, and aggressiveness as a guard that gives her a high ceiling as a prospect. Laila scooped up a loose ball and shifted into high gear for a speedy drive and finish. She pushed the ball up the floor with long strides in the open court. Laila used her quick hands to create a steal, then took it straight to the rim for two points. She attacked hard from the perimeter on a drive, kept her head up, and dished out an assist. The Comets are adding another terrific prospect to their team.
