Live period events are when many players showcase their best basketball given the possibility they may leave said event with offers. One would think some of the coaches would be impressed with certain aspects of Hightower’s game – particularly the aggressiveness and fearlessness she displays when attacking the rim. Hightower’s scoring prowess is complimented by her talents as a passer, her court vision and her high basketball IQ. She knows how to read a defense regardless of if it is in man-to-man or zone. Hightower averaged 12.4 points, five steals and 3.5 rebounds per contest last season.
