Carter was a steady inside presence for the Trojans in both her games at the 2026 Classic In The Country Challenge. She finished with 10 points in their close win versus the Sycamore Aviators and consistently showed the defensive intensity required to lockdown anyone in the paint and on the perimeter. Carter displayed her multi-faceted defensive game finishing with a steal and block each in the win. She has a great frame for a small forward at 5’10” and makes her presence felt on both ends for the Trojans. Her defense continues to show why she is at the top of her position in the class of 2027!

Hayven is a highlight inside the paint! You cannot give her the slightest daylight near the rim- When she gives a target hand, watch out! She uses the glass, has the footwork, and certainly has the muscle to take care of business! This kid is made of steel! (Below with ball )

Carter is an outstanding passer and scoring problem! She does a superb job of finding her teammates on cuts to the basket- and they are bullets! Pretty up and under move around the rim! And she literally sticks to her defender all game- relentless pressure!

Ranked #2. She had a good year, but I expect her to increase her number even more when she steps onto the floor as a sophomore. Fortunately, she is part of a very talented team so she fits into the offense nicely. She has the tools to be a bigtime dominant player and already has attention from the big time schools. I predict a big summer for Hayven!
