Heidi Fuchs Heidi Fuchs PF State MI was a key factor for Dexter earning an upset victory Friday against D2 powerhouse Chelsea. She high pointed a pass in the paint then finished inside through contact not once, but twice! Heidi caught a pass in the high post, paused, then beat her defender going right to make a shot off the glass with a foul and then added the free throw. Heidi worked all game to corral rebounds for Dexter. She got to the charity stripe and made both free throws to help seal an upset win for the Dreadnaughts.

Fuchs definitely should see her name on this list. She’s a talented post player that will have a big say in the success of the Dexter squad this season. Fuchs really fits the positionless basketball mold. She plays with the mindset and physicality of a post player when needed. But can step out, stretch the floor, and bury a big 3 point shot.
