Expert Analysis

No matter who the matchup is, Isabella is always one of the hardest players on the court. Defensively, she truly gets after and can guard 1-3 with no drop off of focus. When it comes to scoring, she’s very aware of how to create angles, and knows when to attack off of them and or create something for a teammate.

Keberlein can change the entire trajectory of a game just off her tenacity and energy, and there is no off button when it comes to that. She has a strong handle and does not need much to get to the rim. In my opinion, most of her impact comes on the defensive side of the ball, where she stands out as one of the best defenders on this program. She is active in the passing lanes and is always up in her matchup’s jersey.

She can knock them down it you leave her open, good range and able to connect from behind the arc. She is a steady hard-working player who does the little things for her team to be successful. Impressive player who I have seen a few times over the years.

I was able to catch a St. Ignatius game yesterday, and Keberlein was already showing her impact. She can score in multiple ways, but with a majority of it being at the rim. The skill that stands out to me the most is her effort, which shouldn’t be a skill.. but you can tell she prides herself on playing every possession with purpose. She goes for the loose ball, she takes risks in the passing lane, and doesn’t stop until the whistle is blown. Defensively, that same “high effort” mindset is still applied.

You can count on Keberlein to give you nothing shorter than 100% of everything she has when she steps out to play. The aggression on the drive, the ability to move without the ball… and the locked in mindset on defense. From a scoring standpoint she’s building her skillset to extend beyond the arc, and defensively she’s bound to throw off your entire scheme. A key piece to her AAU programs success and a huge piece on what her HS team are looking to accomplish this year.

Isabella is such a tenacious player. Her tank is always full. The blend of high energy and athleticism produces a fearless player on the court. She is disruptive on defense and she is unbothered by the speed or size of her opponent-she works hard regardless. She will go up against the strongest and biggest defender and usually ends up on the winning side of the battle.

Isabella is an athletic wing who runs the floor well, with a good shot from the corner. She has range, can step out to the three to score. Has improved since last year when I saw her on the circuit.Hard worker, scrappy and plays with energy. Good on-ball defender. (feature photo above)

The attention to detail, the advance footwork and the aggression is clear every time Keberlein touches the ball. She plays both sides of the court with an enormous amount of energy and unbothered focus. A strong sense and feel for the game that a lot of players don’t have. A 3 level scorer, with a frame ahead type of vision, and a high motor.. is a hard task to deal with. Endless possibilities with her talent.
