Jaden ran the show with poise, doing an excellent job distributing the ball and consistently finding teammates for quality looks. After getting her first bucket late in the second quarter, she caught fire in the third, drilling two triple and made plays on the defensive end. Her composure and ability to elevate her play in key moments highlighted her senior leadership. She finished with a team-high 12 points.

Jaden has proven herself as one of the most proven long distance shooters in the 15th Region. She made 52 triples at 39.1% while shooting 87.5% from the free throw line. Betsy Lane plays in a very tightly contested 58th District. For Betsy Lane to rise to the top, Jaden has a lot more 3’s to knock down in her senior season!

Jaden is a high-IQ lead guard who contributes on both ends of the floor. She shoots efficiently from the field and beyond the arc, and she’s a defensive pest who creates a lot of steals. She also keeps a steady head at the free-throw line, where she shot 87% last season. Already holds several college offers.

Pente may be small in stature but she plays big and is as tough as they come. She was the second-leading scorer for Betsy Layne and was a key contributor all season. Pente shoots it well from long distance and utilizes her speed, and quick first-step to attack gaps for points in the paint or at the rim. As a defender, she does a very good job creating steals and turnovers with her energy and all out effort.
