Shyla has come into her own in her first season for the Lady Cats. She leads the team in scoring with 15.1 points per game and has made a key contribution all season. Shyla is a skilled ball handler and a really good passer who knows how to draw a crowd and dish it to open teammates. She is an efficient shooter from the mid-range area and from 3-point land and I like how hard she works for rebounds and the way she gets after it on the defensive side of the floor.

Shyla Kidd Shyla Kidd Shyla Kidd 5'6" | SG Betsy Layne | 2026 State KY is high energy guard that makes plays on both sides of the ball. She is a very good 3-point shooter and has a quick first-step that allows her to beat defenders off the dribble if she is played to close. Kidd is a good facilitator that always looks to get others involved and a pest on defense that creates turnovers and comes up with steals.
