Meeks is a next level guard that applies the pressure with her explosive first step. She does not need much space to punch the gap and get to the rim. Shifty handles and the ability to shoot off the dribble. What stood out most was her ability to finish through the contact at the rim and if you take away the drive, she can knock down the 3 ball. A player who knows how to play with pace and tempo. Look for her to be on a lot of coaches radars this upcoming season.

Meeks plays with great energy, stays on the attack, and competes on both ends of the court. She loves to pressure the ball defensively, using her quickness and hustle to make things difficult for opposing guards. Offensively, she can create plays for herself and her teammates and is at her best when she is attacking off the dribble and getting to the rim. Like many young guards, her perimeter game is still developing, but she continues to work on her outside shot to complement her ability to drive. Meeks’ hustle and energy are on point, and those qualities allow her to set the tone whenever she is on the floor.

She ran the floor extremely well, attacked the rim aggressively, and worked smoothly within the offense. Meeks was a standout in the open court and in transition. On offense, she used her quickness and has a nice in-and-out crossover that created driving lanes and open shots for her teammates.

Meeks provides back court depth and her ability to shoot makes her impactful from the moment she steps on the floor.

The freshman splashed a three, scored in transition, handled the ball confidently, and showed poise beyond her years. Meeks was also disruptive on the defensive end causing numerous turnovers. Her impact was very noticeable. The young guard looks like she will be a major contributor throughout the season.

Meeks plays well beyond her years, showing advanced ball-handling, court vision, and feel for the game. Her decision making was on point and she punished the opponent in various ways off of picks at the top of the defense. She has the confidence similar to another 2030 point guard- Reah Saunders Reah Saunders 5'1" | /PG Hilliard | 2030 FL — a rare young point guard with show-stopping potential, too. The 2030 class looks to be in great hands, and Meeks looks like a prospect who will help lead the way.
