Jeslyn Armas Jeslyn Armas 5'6" | SG Sherwood | 2028 State OR is a competitive role player who can knock down threes and win important possessions. The 5-foot-6 shooting guard was awarded a Pacific Conference Honorable Mention in her sophomore season at Sherwood. Armas is a shooting threat who draws a perimeter closeout and can sneak by the defender on the bounce to find the open pass or the lane to the rim. She has been a quiet impact player for the Bowmen since her freshman year (or not-so-quiet when she connected on five three-pointers against Benson in her debut season!). Whether she starts or comes off the bench, Armas gets after it on both ends of the floor. She has a strong motor, is all over the place defensively, and rebounds relentlessly. The multisport athlete can also be found on the soccer and softball fields.

Armas is a tenacious defender who disrupts handlers and knows how to help off the ball. She drew two big charges against a top-ranked point guard at Wilsonville and helped get stops in the paint against a top-ranked forward at Nelson. Armas also showcased her ability to knock down catch-and-shoot three-pointers and finish fast drives to the rim after selling pump fakes on the perimeter. Armas knows what needs to get done, and she helps do it.
