Anyone who knows this kid knows she is a tough outing. The way she can manipulate a game is unreal. She’s great in attack mode, can shoot from high % from 3, she’s a game changer, and she brings that dawg mentality to the floor. She’s tough on both ends, can play on or off ball, whatever the case may be, you better believe her presence alone makes coaches game plan for her. Look for her to pick up even more offers in the upcoming tournament. A great talent with a huge upside.

Talented guard who can play on or off the ball. I love her ability to create off the dribble and either shoot the 3-ball efficiently or get to the rim to finish. She contributes in many areas on the floor, using her speed as an asset. Rebounds, steals, deflections. She is just an all-around player who brings it every time she steps onto the floor. It will be interesting to see who is interested in her. She’s coming off a fantastic regular season, during which she had a dominant performance. This kid is one to keep an eye on, as her stock is on the uptick.

One of the things that stands out and makes Ferrell such a good player is her off-ball movement. She is constantly waiting for openings where she can backdoor her defender, and when she is located on these chances, she converts them into buckets at a high rate. Ferrell, as well as being a great cutter, is an amazing three-point shooter.

In a game against Battle Ground Academy this season, Ferrell had six made 3-pointers.

Averaged 20.7 points a game; she was the leading catalyst for a talented Lady Cougars squad. A kid who could score from all three levels, a solid defender, and truly a game changer, she will look to bring that same type of body of work into the new season. She is a dynamic player and one who is hard to slow down.

No matter who is guarding her, no matter the opponent, this young lady always steps up. She finds a way to carve the opponent up. She always gets the opponent’s best defender, and she just goes to work on them. Knocking it down from deep, getting to the rim, this young lady goes about her business in a different way. She had 29 points against Ezell-Harding Friday night. Keep an eye on her because her confidence is going through the roof. After picking up a MTSU offer, look for more to flow her way.

Having a sensational sophomore campaign, she’s jumped on the scene, displaying a tenacious attack on both ends of the floor. Jules was terrorizing teams last season in the public school sector. This season, she’s dominated Division II, utilizing her athleticism to get the job done. From knocking down shots from multiple spots on the floor to defending like crazy and being big-time on the boards, she possesses an all-around game that impacts her ballclub like no other. Expect her to continue on this trajectory and become a household name among the best in the state.

Ferrell leads MTCHs in points per game, averaging 20.1. Within her versatile offensive game is a reliable three-point jumper. From distance this year, she has 40 makes and is shooting 40% from three.

Ferrell has had a number of big offensive games. This includes a game against Nashville Christian High School, where she made five threes.

Along with her jumper, Ferrell is also an elite perimeter defender. She has the ability to read what players are going to do. Many times, it feels she is already making her way to intercept a pass before it even leaves the hand of an opposing player.

Talented. She was killing it at Coffee Co. as a freshman, and now she is killing it at the DII level. Her presence has uplifted the Lady Cougars program. Her ability to attack the basket as well as knock down shots from the arc has elevated this ball club, looking to go deep into state contention. She is shooting over 40% from the arc, one of the top percentages in the state. Don’t sleep on her defense; she is averaging close to 4 steals per game. Quick hands, quick feet, this young lady is truly a difference maker on both ends of the floor.

Tough, gritty, and sharpshooter, this kid finds the bucket by any means necessary. She is a killer from all three levels. A heady ballplayer who can put the ball through the net. She is a marksman who, when she is on, is hard to slow down. She has helped bring life back into this Lady Cougars program. One that is thinking title run or else. Keep tabs on this young lady as she is one of the top girls in her class.

New school. New district. It will bring similar or better results. This kid is tough. A gym rat who is going to be leaned upon to deliver. She can score the rock, facilitate an offense, and contribute in other areas as well. She competes every possession like it’s her last, giving her team all she has. She comes to MTCS with a winning pedigree and athletic skills. Look for her to be a focal point for this ballclub as they look to get back to their winning ways.
