is the kind of incoming freshman a team can build around. The long wing can guard all five positions and contribute across the floor. She has the skill to lead the break and the athleticism to fill a lane when someone else pushes the ball.
Johnson brings versatility and a high ceiling to Granby. If she adjusts quickly to the speed of the high school game, she could earn a central role early in her freshman season.

Johnson immediately stood out with her versatility and established herself among the event’s top 2030 prospects. Furthermore, she could develop into one of Virginia’s best players in her class. The long, athletic wing handles the ball like a guard and attacks the rim with confidence. Additionally, Johnson uses her strength and athleticism to finish through traffic. She can also knock down shots from beyond the arc, although greater consistency will come with development. With four high school seasons ahead, Johnson has plenty of time to expand her post game. Ultimately, her impressive skill set gives her the potential to become one of Virginia’s premier wings.

Johnson stayed active on the offensive glass, hustling for rebounds and turning one of her misses into a second-chance bucket. She can also make plays in the open floor, attacking the basket in transition and finishing a strong take against contact. Her effort around the glass and ability to attack the basket gave her multiple ways to contribute offensively.
