continues to show why she is one of the most talented young prospects in Louisiana’s 2030 class. At the Huntington Team Camp, Edmonson played with confidence, energy, and a strong competitive spirit, making her presence felt on both ends of the floor.
Offensively, Kaylee is a gifted young player with the ability to score from all three levels. She can knock down shots from the perimeter, attack the mid-range, and use her strength to finish around the rim. Her ball-handling ability makes defenders respect her, and her combination of guard skill and physical strength allows her to create matchup problems.
Defensively, Edmonson brings a high motor and great effort. She stays active, competes hard, and shows a willingness to impact the game in more ways than just scoring. Whether she is pressuring the ball, rebounding, or pushing the pace, Kaylee plays with energy and toughness.
As talented as she already is, the exciting part is that she still has room to grow. One area that will help her game continue to rise is learning when to attack and when to trust the open teammate. There were moments when she drew multiple defenders on her drives, which shows how much attention she commands. As she continues to develop, making that extra pass to an open teammate will make her even harder to guard and help her team have even more success.
There were also times when she rushed her shot or pulled from a little too deep, but that is part of the learning process for a young player with big-time confidence. With more experience, Kaylee will continue to learn how to slow the game down, pick her spots, and let the game come to her.

put together a major performance at the JSE Team Camp, once again showing why she is regarded as one of Louisiana’s premier young prospects in the 2030 class. The 5’7” playmaker brought versatility, confidence and toughness to the floor, making an impact in nearly every phase of the game.
Edmonson was aggressive offensively and consistently found ways to create scoring opportunities. She knocked down perimeter shots, attacked the midrange and used her strength to finish around the basket. Her ability to handle the ball and create off the dribble makes her a difficult matchup because she can play like a guard while using the size and physicality of a forward.

Her defensive effort was just as important. Edmonson competed with a high motor, pressured ball handlers and looked to create turnovers. Her size, athleticism and physical approach allow her to defend multiple positions and make plays both inside and on the perimeter.
What continues to separate Edmonson is her versatility. She can bring the ball up the floor, create for teammates, score from multiple levels, rebound and defend with intensity. She plays with a fearless mentality and does not shy away from competition, regardless of the opponent’s age or size.

is a rising star whose game is already advanced beyond her age. With a strong, college-ready frame, good size, and impressive ball-handling ability, she can create matchup problems from several areas of the floor.
Edmonson is already a dangerous scorer who can knock down shots from the perimeter, operate in the mid-range, and use her strength to finish inside. She plays with confidence and is not afraid to take big shots. Her combination of size and guard skills gives her the versatility to handle the ball, attack closeouts, and create her own scoring opportunities.
She is still developing her decision-making against heavy pressure, and there are moments when she can improve her shot selection and avoid forcing difficult attempts. Those are normal areas of growth for such a young player, and she has plenty of time to sharpen her reads, improve her poise, and become a more complete offensive threat.
Defensively, Edmonson is a true competitor. She plays with a high motor, active hands, and the mentality of a pickpocket, constantly looking to disrupt ball handlers and create turnovers. Her vertical ability, effort, and physicality allow her to impact the game beyond scoring.
Edmonson is a “dawg” who competes with confidence and toughness. As she continues to grow, learn, and develop, she has the tools and upside to become an all-star caliber prospect and one of the top players in Louisiana’s 2030 class.
