Kaylin showed a strong all-around game during the 5v5 portion of the PGH Michigan Freshman Showcase. The Team 9 guard did an excellent job creating for herself and others, using her handle to get downhill and her strength to work her way into the lane. When multiple defenders collapsed, she consistently recognized where the help was coming from and found the open teammate, showing impressive court vision and passing ability. Kaylin was also a threat from the perimeter, knocking down shots from behind the arc. On the other end, she competed defensively and used her quick hands and anticipation to come away with multiple steals.

Kaylin, who played on Peyton and Gabby’s team, was selected as the team’s MVP after an impressive showing at the Northwood Elite Camp. She made an early impact during the drill work, knocking down shots from beyond the arc before attacking the baseline and finishing with a smooth inside-hand finish. Her playmaking ability stood out during the 5-on-5 action, as she consistently got downhill, drew multiple defenders, and found open teammates for scoring opportunities. Kaylin also ran the floor hard in transition, delivered a nice pass ahead for a teammate, and came away with multiple steals. She continued to show her range by knocking down several shots from three-point territory, giving her team another reliable scoring option throughout the day.

Kaylin, a guard for Team 2, showcased a versatile game at the Grand Valley Elite Camp, contributing on both ends of the floor. She was active defensively, using her quickness and strong hands to make things difficult for opposing players. Offensively, Kaylin knocked down shots from beyond the arc and used her shifty ball-handling to create separation, including a quick crossover that allowed her to get by her defender. She also finished well around the basket and showed her toughness on the glass, grabbing an offensive rebound and converting the second-chance opportunity into a putback. Her ability to impact the game in multiple areas made for a strong showing.
