About Keiarra

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a point guard and shooting guard that can handle pressure anytime. I can create my own shot along with shooting anywhere on the court. I am very coachable and I demonstrate my leadership on the court as well as off the court. I can adapt to defense and adapt to roles given when necessary. I am a player that can adapt to the game's evolution because there is always room for growth.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Very outgoing, optimistic, focus on confidence, mental toughness and open to growth. I so have a silly side so it's never a dull moment around my environment.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

My leadership is based on lead by example, encourage my teammates and focus on a common goal. Communication is key and we all need to communicate in order to all be on the same page. Resilience is most important in my leadership in order to develop confidence and the ability to handle adversity.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I faced a Pars Defect last season which started symptoms in July 2024 but wasn't diagnosed until March 2025 so dealt with the injury during cross country and basketball season. I also suffered a Grade 2 hip strain that ended my cross country season early this year and had to attended physical therapy but my injuries taught me significally on mental toughness, determination and patience.

What type of college are you looking for?

College within a 8 hour drive from my hometown, Montezuma Creek, UT.

Her mechanics are clean and repeatable, and the confidence she plays with shows on every possession. If she continues at this pace, her impact could be the driving force that pushes Whitehorse into a deep postseason run.
