Kennedy has some really nice length to her frame and shot it well from deep all day long. She seemed to always be making plays and putting herself in the right place at the right time. Offensively, she snagged some rebounds, hit the mid-range shot, scored it with either hand inside, and could knock down the 3 ball. Her hustle and grit were fun to watch!

A strong case can be made that North Metro Elite 15U was the best of the teams that concluded the weekend with a 3-1 record. Smith’s winning play paid dividends left and right for her team. Another notable name from Mount Paran Christian, it appeared that Smith was coming through with clutch baskets left and right. Smith is a gifted 3-point shooter that can throw defenses off balance with her ability to slice through defenses and finish strong at the cup. Smith can get creative with how she does finish at the rim at times and can play either of the guard spots in the backcourt. She is a two-sport athlete who also excels in lacrosse.

Want to win? Smith is the one to go with. North Metro Elite 15U learned this in spades as it began Peach Games play with three wins and no losses. Smith’s performance was particularly key in the last game of the day when her team won a tough contest against Wood Elite 15U Select. While Smith can certainly make things happen from long range, she throws defenses for a loop with her ferocity in attacking the basket. Smith can get creative at times with how she does finish at the cup and maintains activity away from the ball as she will look to find spacing.

Kennedy was once again the best player on the court at LIVE! @ Lakepoint in her pool. Playing just 3 games – missing one due to a lower back contusion – Smith averaged 16 ppg and 3 steals per game. Her 17 points in the Friday night opener helped guide NME to a stunning 47-35 upset of UAA FBC United Young Gunz. With big events left on the calendar such as Run4Roses and Wargames, Smith looks to extend her great play against some of the nation’s best teams this summer!

Smith is a playmaker who just knows how to do everything well on the court. A player that can slash the defense apart with her quick handles. I can her the one-person fast break as it’s tough to trap her or stop her in the open court. If you take away the drive she has the ability to knock down the 3 ball. She had a game high 26 points on Saturday.

had one of the top scoring games on the day finishing with 26 points against a tough I Beat A.L.L team. Her ability to score at all 3 levels left her defenders wondering how to guard her. She has the speed to blow by her defenders and finish at the rim with either hand. Not afraid to pick up 94 ft to create turnovers.
