Kiara Baptiste Kiara Baptiste 5'9" | SG Omaha Central | 2025 State NE demonstrated patient, a fundamental shooting stroke, and a calm attitude whenever she finds herself on the hardwood. This Winter with her Omaha Central Eagles team, Baptiste played her role and made the most of her opportunities. She wasn’t a player that forced any action or came onto the floor and started jacking up bad shot attempts, instead she always made the right play and if she wasn’t sure, she would pass it back out and play it safe. Baptiste has better than average size for a Shooting Guard at 5’9 with a quick first step while attacking the paint. If she can continue to expand her game and work on the little things, I’m sure she is going to continue on producing next Winter for the Eagles. Within a program that is going to have to find a new identity, there is going to be a lot of opportunity. If she can make the most of it, I’m sure we will be talking about her and her performances on a consistent basis during the 2024-2025 season but we will have to wait and see.
