Kiarra Orphelia Kiarra Orphelia 5'5" | PG Monteverde | 2025 State FL played lights out on defense and really showed a high basketball ball IQ on the defensive end. She forced elite players to use their weak hand and with great quickness and speed.      Orphelia literally just halted teams from getting set, overwhelming the ball handler with her aggressive defensive play.    She was one of the most athletic players in the building with great speed, quickness,  and superior lateral movement, along with an unbelievable vertical jump.        Combine all of  these attributes  with her basketball IQ and you get an amazing defensive player.     She stood out on defense and used her defense to stand out on offense.

Kiarra Orphelia Kiarra Orphelia 5'5" | PG Monteverde | 2025 State FL was a GameChanger and my top performer of the showcase. Orphelia was simply remarkable on the court. She was unstoppable in transition and had a gear not matched by anyone else on the floor. Orphelia left defenders flat footed going left and right. Once she blew by defenders, she finished with the left and right hand. Orphelia also scored in the midrange area throughout the expo. Orphelia was exceptional on the offensive end and equally impressive on the defensive. Her foot-speed and lateral movement were also unmatched and she consistently beat her opponent to the spot. She harassed the point guards throughout the event and forced guards to their weaker hand and made it difficult for them all day long. Orphelia was the top performer of the Expo and she was indeed a GameChanger.
