Merchant is a pest of a defender with an exceptional IQ. Time after time, she jumps out on the passing lanes for steals to fast break finishes. Her matriculation at the University of Houston has been exciting to see as each year her confidence has improved and she’s taken on more responsibility proving to be an impact player.
