The long playmaking guard shined at camp, using a smooth and shifty handle to get to the rim. Barrett sees the floor when attacking downhill and knows when to hit the open man or take it herself. With her size, nearly 6-foot tall, Barrett checks boxes as being a covetable big guard. She goes hard on every possession. Kyia is an unselfish three-level scorer. Defensively, her length can make it hard for opposing guards to find passing lanes. Barrett recently earned an offer from Anderson. She should be a priority at the D-II level and should be on D-I radars.
