Kylee Pexa Kylee Pexa 5'8" | PG Dunkerton | 2027 IA is one of the only 2027’s that will be playing up and for good reason. Pexa is a crafty and shifty Guard, that can do a number of different positive things on the floor. She is someone that can knock down shots a high rate, she can get into the teeth of the defense at Will off the dribble, and she can create for the others around her at a high rate. On a team with this sort of roster, it would not surprise me if she ended up being one of their best prospects over the next few months. She has the raw ability and talent to compete at a high level, no matter what she is trying to accomplish. Her defense is also something that should be mentioned. In most contests I’ve seen her in, she EATS on defense with her active hands and knowledge of where the ball is going to be thrown. With the athletes that are being placed around her, she could shine when it comes down to it. I’ll need to see how she fairs this first weekend but if it is anything like her past Varsity season at Dunkerton, she is going to do really well and her stock will continue to rise as we move into the future.

Kylee Pexa Kylee Pexa 5'8" | PG Dunkerton | 2027 IA of Dunkerton High School plays with controlled emotions. She is the type of player that shows how she is feeling out on the court every contest within reason and her teammates always seem to thrive off of that. Pexa put up productive numbers as a Freshman, ranking as a top producer in her 2027 Class in more categories than one. She demonstrated that during each contest, she is going to show out in one way or another. This Winter she displayed that she is an offensive weapon at all three levels of the floor. If the defender sags off of her, she will hit a deep shot. If they play up, she will drive by them for a floater or finish at the rim. There is a lot to like about Pexa and her play-style. Once she gets a little stronger and more “fluid” with the ball in her hands, she is going to become even more dominant and I can’t wait to see that first-hand.

If you don’t know too much about Dunkerton High School, that’s alright. What you do need to know is that they have a few Freshman starting to shine this season on the basketball court, one of them being Kylee Pexa Kylee Pexa 5'8" | PG Dunkerton | 2027 IA . Pexa is a Guard that does everything from that position for her team. Literally, you name it and she has done it or is doing it right now for the Raiders. Throughout her teams first 11 games, they sit with a 7-4 record. In those contests, Pexa is averaging 15.5 PPG on 46% shooting, 5.4 RPG, and 4.5 APG. In general, Pexa has been this teams leader all season long up until this point and that’s not going to change anytime soon from the looks of it. This rosters production comes mainly from their underclassmen group or at least it has to begin this season. Which makes you think. If they can end their 2023-2024 year off on some more positive notes, think about what their future might hold. As for Pexa individually, her numbers are great, her team is winning, and she is looking like a coordinated ball player out there. To start off your high school career, there isn’t much more you could ask for.
