About Elliana
Expert Analysis
Evan Bell | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Elliana caught my attention on Saturday at the PGH MI College Tour III with her multidimensional impact, while making the most of her opportunities on the offensive end. She used a crafty step-through pivot to score a tough and-one layup in the paint, worked hard to snag rebounds, and ripped by a defender for a speedy drive-by layup off two feet. Elliana’s fast feet and lateral quickness kept ball-handlers from driving to the basket. She’s long, athletic, and a prospect to keep a close eye on this spring with MBA UAA 17U.

Elliana harasses opposing ball-handlers to create steals, sinks perimeter shots, and rebounds the basketball with a relentless hustle. She’s stacking up double-doubles this season and will be one of the most talented prospects to watch in District 77.

Elliana looked good for MBA GUAA 2027 at the Mother’s Day Classic. She crashed the boards to secure offensive rebounds and scored many put backs. Elliana exploded downhill, finished a left-handed layup through contact, then made her free throw. She caught a pass, used an effective high-rip move to avoid a defender, then finished her contested layup off two feet. Elliana used her quickness and length to harass ball-handlers and create turnovers. Her next-level upside continues to show on the court.

VanDusen is a long, athletic guard who is smooth off the bounce. She came away with some steals and took them coast to coast. She rebounds well from her guard position. She has college range already from behind the arc. Look for Elliana to have a big July with her MBA team.
