How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Versatile scorer who can knock down outside shots and finish strong at the rim despite size. Comfortable running the point, handling pressure, and creating plays, but also effective playing off the ball.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I thrive in high-pressure situations and value smart decision-making. I love creating scoring opportunities for my teammates, and I’m most satisfied when the whole team is flowing together. My unselfish play, court vision, and ability to read the game help me elevate those around me while staying locked in on winning.

Tough combo guard that gives everything she has when in between the lines on the floor. Strong ball handler that kept the body low allowing her to be a physical player against contact. Great 3-point shooter that has a quick release on the catch. Tough downhill driver that gets to the rim finishing at a high percentage.

As a freshman last season Lakyn earned an All-Conference Honorable Mention. Due to graduation, she will need to be more aggressive on the offensive end this upcoming season. After watching her at OBU team I think she will do simply fine.
