Expert Analysis
Brandon Bradley | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Laney has put together a nice high school career so far, but I still think her best days will be in college. She has a long, wiry frame, fluid athleticism, and she has bounced back and forth between point guard and scorer throughout her career. She has a steady handle, good vision, and she does a nice job of running offense. At the same time, she can bury shots outside consistently, plus she can slice through the defense to get to the rim. Defensively, she’s good on or off the ball, and she gets her share of steals/deflections.
