Lauren French knows how to constantly flash in and out of the paint running the high post and taking care of business in the low post. She has a nice jump shot being able to pull up off the pass, and she can drive to the hoop scoring no matter who has hands in her face. She uses her length to make some moves, and she has nice footwork to get around her defenders.

uses her height effectively squaring up to the basket and being ready to turn and score. She can attack the basket on her own catching the ball from the free throw line. In the second half, her opponents started double teaming her on the block trying to take away her game.

Lauren French is usually one of the taller players on the court, and she takes full advantage of her length to cause problems for her opponents. She does a nice job sealing off her opponents and creating an area for her teammates to drop the entry pass. She is a dominant rebounder on both ends of the court, and she uses offensive boards for some second chance points. She’s almost certain to protect the basket and block some shots along the way.
