Layla stands at 6’2 and led Oakdale with 15 points per game and 25 wins. She is a solid rebounder grabbing 8 boards a game with several double-doubles this season. Falling short of a state championship was disappointing but I’m looking for the junior to come back next season with a chip on her shoulder, putting up even bigger numbers as the Bears will lose a few seniors.
