Baez was another player who was outstanding scoring the ball for her team impressively from all over the court including several feet behind the three point line. The number 6 ranked ’28 lived up to the hype as she was nearly automatic from three point range in the games that I watched. Baez showed how complete her game was on offense however, not only relying on her outside shooting ability but was able to get buckets from the midrange and finishing at the rim. Several of those buckets she scored with flair and a high level of difficulty. Baez has great size a quick release where she releases the ball high above her head making it almost impossible for smaller guards to alter or contest her shots. No one played better than Baez at the event. She was outstanding in three games I watched. Her big game definitely matched her big name. She has multiple division one offers, including multiple ones from the home state Florida schools. She recently picked up an offer from USF and next coach Kristy Curry who came from the University of Alabama.

Baez scored from the elbow and was smooth on the baseline. She is  really a very crafty young player who can shoot from multiple areas on the court. Her defense was also impressive. Baez used her height and length to disrupt offensive flow and showed versatility on the defensive end of the floor. She covered well on the inside and was impressive on switching defenses after picks. Baez’s jump shot was smooth and she did a good job of scoring on the perimeter.

London continues to stand out as one of the top 28’s in Florida. Her long frame gives her an advantage on both ends of the floor. She shot very well from all areas and displayed excellent passing ability. Her ever-evolving game is impressive and shows she is constantly improving.

London is a high-energy player with a relentless work ethic that shows every time she steps on the court. While she’s well-known for her knockdown shooting ability, her game has grown far beyond that. She now attacks off the dribble with confidence and finishes strong at the rim, making her a more complete offensive threat. London’s continued development and motor make her a dynamic presence and a consistent impact player wherever she plays.

London rounds out the Top 5 of Florida’s 2028 class player rankings. She currently holds offers to Robert Morris, North Florida, and Mount St Mary’s. Her length and smooth stroke from deep is going to continue to make her a highly desirable prospect. She can get to her pull-up and hit that easily over any defender with her size which is huge to be able to create your own shot at the next level. I’m excited to see what she can do this summer playing up a level on Essence’s 16U EYBL squad.

London Baez London Baez 6'0" | SG Southeastern Prep Academy | 2028 State FL is one of the best shooters in the state, and she will be showcasing her talent with MBJ Elite 16U on the Adidas circuit. Her ability to shoot the ball off the catch or the dribble at 6’1″ is a coach’s dream. Whether contested or not, if she gets the shot off, there’s a strong chance it’s going in. Her consistency from beyond the arc is sure to draw a lot of attention this season.

The 6’0″ guard can shoot the ball not only off the catch but also has a smooth pull-up jumper. At nearly 6 feet tall, she can get her shot off over most defenders with ease. On defense, she uses her length effectively to block shots and force turnovers. London already holds a few offers, but I foresee that number increasing as she heads into the summer. She has the makings of one of the best shooters in the state for the next few years.
