London looks polished offensively and knows how to get to her spots. She’s effective in the mid-range and around the rim, scoring in different ways. On top of that, she continues to be a driving force behind the team’s defensive effort.

London headlines the stock risers after putting together an offensive showcase all season long. She’s scoring consistently from all three levels, stretching defenses while still making the right reads and getting others involved. What separates her is that she doesn’t just put up points she impacts winning in every area of the game.

Taylor is Northfield’s do-it-all dynamo, bringing relentless energy on both ends. Her quick feet and length make her a defensive menace, while her physicality sets the tone for the team. In transition, she finishes with flair and through contact. Her ability to hit threes forces defenders to respect her range, opening up driving lanes. Taylor’s all-around impact could be the catalyst for Northfield’s championship run.

When her team needed someone to step up London answered with 16 points and five steals to help punch their ticket to the Final Four. She was a factor in forcing 20-plus turnovers, turning defense into easy offense. Against the zone she found quality shots and made the right plays to keep her team in control.

Coming in with a chip on her shoulder after recent games against Denver East, London attacked early and often. She got into the teeth of the zone, finished through contact, and still knocked down shots from the perimeter. Along with handling the ball and setting the offense, she took pride in her defensive responsibilities and impacted winning on both ends.

Taylor’s aggressive style of defense kept Northfield in the game. She is a great on-ball defender.  Her quick feet and strength forced multiple turnovers from East’s guards. Taylor did a great job of converting those turnovers into easy buckets. In the fourth quarter, she went coast-to-coast, slicing through the defense with a smooth left-handed euro step layup. Another standout performance from the junior guard.

London proved to be a huge piece offensively and defensively for her team. She generated a few clean looks from three and created steals in the backcourt to help shift momentum. Her effort on both ends showed how much she was trying to push the pace for her team.

London Taylor London Taylor 5'7" | CG Northfield | 2027 State CO is one of the most elusive combo guards in her class, with a handle on a string and her eyes peeled for open teammates. However, the statistic that jumps out at me is her immense contribution of 5.2 SPG. Defending the perimeter and the post comes easy for Taylor, being able to lock down all five positions on the floor at 5’7. Without an ounce of panick in Taylor’s veins, she oozes confidence and poise each trip down the floor. Watch out, because Taylor airways has already taken off.

Each time I watch Northfield, Taylor’s game impresses me more. She clamps down on the opposition’s top scorer, sprints the floor, and finishes in transition with effortless style. On Thursday against Cherry Creek, Taylor poured in 22 points on just 11 shots, wreaking havoc defensively with eight steals. She turned those takeaways into easy buckets and added two three-pointers for good measure. A sensational two-way showing from the standout junior.

An athletic guard who is every team’s worst nightmare to prepare for. She can break down defenders, get to the rim, knock down the three ball, and defend full court with ease. Her two-way ability makes her one of the toughest matchups in the league.
