Player Bio

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I like to push the ball and get everyone involved. I really like to play aggressive trapping defense and then control players with being physical. I do enjoy shooting three pointers and attacking to kick for open threes. Growing up in All Iowa Attack we learned those fundamentals. I have been playing with Gilbert varsity during the past few summers when they were short on players.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I enjoy my teammates and just being around the team and coaches. I really like to work outside of just the games. Going to vertigo and doing speed and agility and jumping on "The gun" to get up my shots is my routine the past couple months after the school season finished up.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am part of the school wide special leadership group where Gilbert has 1 student per grade get together once a month to collaborate ideas on how to make the school the best possible school around. I do club soccer and club volleyball. I enjoy competing in lots of things. I am also in band and chorus.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am involved with FCA and other clubs at our school. I started my own personal training for basketball last summer and had 1st-4th graders come and do workouts with me. This helped pay for my trip to DC this summer.
