#8: Henrikson made a big jump over the AAU season, leading the way for Minnesota Fury Yellow all summer. With the ability to score at every level, distribute the ball, and push the pace in transition, the 5’10 guard poses a major threat on the offensive end. On the other side of the floor, Macie brings physicality, a never-ending motor, and her ultra-competitive nature every time she steps on the court. She will be a major addition to the Lakeville South Roster this winter, contributing some serious depth to Coach Blake Nicols’ rotation.

It should come as no surprise that Henrikson was a standout performer this weekend. From her powerful athleticism, to her high basketball IQ, to her consistent effort on both ends of the floor, Macie is one of the most well-rounded guards in the class. With an offensive skillset that is extraordinarily polished for her age, Macie is a true three-level scorer with a particular affinity for the midrange. Following an outstanding AAU season with the Minnesota Fury , the 5’9 guard will make her debut for Lakeville South this winter where she is headed for great things.

The dynamic guard has made quite a splash so far this summer, leading the way for the Fury’s 2029 Yellow group which has turned in some excellent performances. Henrikson is a high-IQ player who is highly effective both as a primary ball handler and an off-ball guard. She has tremendous court vision, makes great reads on both ends of the floor, and her shot selection is nothing short of excellent. Macie’s game is remarkably polished for her age, and she has no shortage of aggressiveness or work ethic. The ceiling is very high for this young player.
