The Appleton native is a creative player who can create space in a phone booth. Brown has excellent footwork and can play through pressure, score around the basket, or generate an open look for a teammate. There is also a creativity in her game that you won’t find in many players around the state. She has room to grow, but she is entertaining to watch.

The Appleton North guard is among my favorite players to watch with the ball in her hands. She can create space in a phone booth and break down a defense in ways most players around the state can’t. She doesn’t seem too bothered by how defenses play her and finds ways to get downhill with the ball in her hands. There are plenty of aspects of her game she can clean up, but she’s a unique talent in one of the toughest positions to excel at when she gets to college.

There are plenty of things for Brown to work on to reach the levels she’s capable of. However, there may not be a player more fun to watch play in a setting where she’s allowed to play free and make some mistakes. Brown is among the most creative players in her class, and when she’s at her best, she can do things most players in her class simply can’t. Again, there is plenty of room for growth in her game, but there may not be a more creative kid in the gym over the weekend. If she can put it all together, she could be one of the better players in her class.

The Appleton North guard is among the more intriguing guard prospects in her class. Brown has the skill to play through pressure and has more flair than anyone else in her class, which makes her fun to watch when she’s on the floor. Brown had a few minutes here and there with the Lightning this past season, but in an AAU setting with the Wisconsin Blizzard , she could be more impressive than you might expect from watching her this past high school season.
