was the difference in a game that was closer than expected. Northridge’s defense was forced to commit extra attention to her presence, and in the crucial moments of a one-possession game, that gravity opened up clean looks for her teammates. When Hazel Green was able to get the ball inside, it was a clear mismatch — Eddings’ combination of height and strength was too much to handle. She controlled space, finished through contact, and dictated defensive decisions. This is the version of

is a strong, efficient interior presence whose game is built on size, touch, and physicality. Averaging 14 points and 8.4 rebounds per game while shooting 63% from the field, she finishes at a high level by owning space around the rim and converting through contact. Eddings plays with patience on the block, using angles and balance rather than rushing possessions. Defensively, she anchors the paint with positioning and timing, providing 1.2 blocks per game while altering many more shots. She rebounds her area consistently and runs the floor hard for her size. is a two-time state champion whose blend of power, polish, and unselfishness makes her a matchup nightmare. The Hazel Green senior owns the paint with a strong base, deep post seals, and a variety of soft-touch finishes. Whether it’s a quick drop step, a power move over either shoulder, or threading a pass to a cutting teammate, Eddings brings a college-ready game built on fundamentals and vision. Her poise under pressure makes double-teams risky, and with another state title within reach, she’s poised to be the centerpiece of Hazel Green’s next championship run.

Madison was undoubtedly the best post player in the event, so she deservedly makes the First Team All-Tournament. Standing at a true 6 foot 3 inches, there wasn’t much teams could do against her back-to-the-basket moves over either shoulder with her soft touch and clean footwork. She did a great job of using her size, frame, and strength to create room for herself in the paint for easy buckets. Madison owned the boards and was a surprisingly good passer for her position.

Madison was the most skilled post player at the entire event. She dominated the paint in Columbus with her size and skill. Her strength, soft touch, and soft hands have to make her one of the top prospects for the next level in Alabama. Madison snagged a ton of rebounds on both ends and passed the ball really well from the post position.
