I liked what Brooks brought to the floor in Appleton. The future Dominican Knight showed plenty of skill with the ball. She was one of the most impressive drivers in the building, and her ability to finish through traffic was impressive. She is a creative player who can make something happen at any time. She also protected the ball against defenders who constantly swiped at the ball.

Brooks’ offensive skillset has potential to be second to none. The awareness she has when her team has the ball makes her an automatic threat. I witnessed her go on quick scoring runs of her own. She’s so quick on her feet, she missed multiple shots and grabbed rebounds and putbacks while the ball was coming down. I enjoy watching Brooks go one-on-one. Look for her to play in key moments for Dominican this season.

Brooks did what she does best… score. She attacked, knocked down shots , and stayed effective on the offensive end throughout the game. There were moments where she could’ve gotten frustrated, but she stayed poised and rolled with the punches. Her never quit attitude showed, especially as the game came down to the wire in overtime.

A natural born scorer, She dominated all weekend for Team Herro relentlessly attacking the rim with purpose while lighting it up from deep. Brooks made a statement on day 1 knocking down a barrage of threes that put everyone on notice.
