Her team’s weekend at Columbus State began inauspiciously against OMG Academy 15U but she proved to be a bright spot for her team. Hickman is a gifted ball handler who is an overall tall task for any team’s defense to game plan against. While she can find time as a one guard, Hickman can also give a team worthwhile minutes as a two. The 5-foot-7 young guard is one of a few from Mae Jemison on the travel team – and a reason as to why the 6A Jaguars will be a team to watch in the future.
