Brandon Tinnon | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Though her school doesn’t fall within the city limits of Murfreesboro, she is still from the area, representing The Webb School; she has put the squad on her back and been one of the top kids at the school, in her district, in the state, ever since the 8th grade. A very versatile kid who can do a multitude of things to impact the game. She can handle the rock and be a PG; she can do work from the outside and cook; she can post up and finish at the rim; the girl’s offensive game is one of the top ones in the state. Defensively, she can guard the 1-5, get steals and deflections by the boatload, contribute on the boards, and swat shots. She is a high-level two-way player who will be playing big-time college basketball before it’s all said and done. Until then, look for her to get her club back to contention and competing for a state title.

established herself as one of the best players in her class this past season, and she should further do so over this summer.
Bacon for The Webb School had many eye-popping performances. For one, she is a double-double machine. Her relentless attack on the basket and the boards gave opposing teams problems all season. While Bacon can drive and score with ease, she also loves to shoot 3-pointers, and for a good reason. She makes them.
Bacon at 6’0″, while she can play on the interior, is also more than capable of acting as a guard. She is under control on the dribble. Pairing this with her above-average 3-point shooting game and her interior scoring game makes her one of the best players in the class.
Bacon can knock down shots from well off the line. She also has a high release point on her jumper, making any smaller perimeter defender have little to no chance of affecting her shot. In a game against Hamilton Heights Christian Academy, Bacon made four 3-pointers.

She’s becoming a versatile player who can put the ball in the hole in multiple ways. I love her IQ and how she plays with poise. She reads what the opponent is doing and counters it by getting herself in position to do work. From playing with her back to the basket to taking someone off the dribble, she is finding ways to use her size and length to her advantage. A special talent who is primed to do big things.

Athletic. Versatile. Physical. So many adjectives can describe this young lady’s game. Let me add effective. She exploits a defense by leveraging her size and athleticism. She can knock down perimeter shots, exploit the mid-range, and post up in the low-post; her scoring ability is exceptional. Something that doesn’t get talked about much is her defense. Quick hands, quick feet, she gets steals and deflections like no other. Add in her ability to block shots, and she’s a solid two-way player who is impactful. 17ppg, 7rpg,3spg,2asp. Her impact is felt for 32 minutes solid. Keep an eye on this prospect as she has the size and makeup to dominate on this level and the next.

A versatile big man who can score the basketball in many ways. I love how she commands the space and exploits an opponent’s weakness. Faced up or back to the basket, she can make a sudden change in movement and get to a favorable shot. She is strong on defense and grabs boards, too. College coaches recognize her talent and are seeking her verbal commitment. Great talent that is still growing.

Smooth operator, she has been sizzlin’ on these courts for a couple of years now. She is a monster inside the arc, and she does work on both ends of the floor. She is tough to defend, and she has incorporated an outside game to go along with her ability to put the ball in the hole. Add in her defensive abilities, and you have one tough all-around kid.

Sizzle. This girl is always giving multiple efforts, no matter what it is. She is phenomenal with the basketball in her hands. She can score playing with her back to the basket. She can fill it up in an ISO situation where she can jab and pull up or attack and create to finish around the rim. She blocks shots, rebounds the basketball, and is solid on the defensive end. Just a solid kid who is leaving her mark as one of the best in the state.

She’s a problem that hasn’t been able to be solved. For one, she is physical on both ends of the floor. She owns the boards, going up and grabbing it with two hands and securing them. Offensively, she can play the low post and be physical. She can face up and exploit the mid-range, but now she has added the deep ball to her repertoire. So no matter what defense is thrown at her, or what defender draws the assignment, she has made them struggle because of her ability to be so diverse. She is super talented, and her game continues to grow. She’s a solid prospect who still has three more years on these Tennessee hardwoods.

Tough as always, this kid finished with 14 points, 4 boards, and 5 assist. She was solid on both ends of the floor, giving TKA fits in all she was doing. Defensively, she made it hard for them to operate, forcing them to counter what they normally would do. She knocked down her open shot attempts and was clutch from the free-throw line. She walks away from this game being a champion but also wanting to run it back again. Look for her to soak up this experience and get right back to the grind. A top-notch kid who is going to be a force to be reckoned with over the next couple of years.

Sizzlin, she was the difference maker in her team’s win over PCA. She brought the physicality out into play as she got it done in multiple ways.
