Mia swished a smooth straightaway three to start the day in 3v3 and continued to stand out during games for Team Wings. Her quick feet bottled up ball-handlers on the perimeter. After poking the ball away for a steal, she raced up the court and finished the breakaway layup with her left. Mia snagged a defensive rebound, pushed the ball with her eyes up, threw a bounce pass ahead down low, finished her cut to the basket, caught the return pass, and made a smooth transfer in stride for the bucket. Mia used quick crossovers and slashed to the hoop with a burst. She drove hard through the lane, causing fouls, and made excellent entry passes into the post. Mia disrupted passing lanes and shot the ball confidently from beyond the arc, burying a triple up top. She’s a crafty two-way guard who can facilitate, penetrate, finish, make shots, and wreak havoc on defense.
