Alexander can make a lot happen on the court. She has a nice shot and she can knock them down quickly off the dribble or catch inside or outside of the perimeter. She also handles the ball well and can draw help to create for her teammates. Despite getting sidelined by some foul trouble, she made some big plays for her team and finished the game with 12 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 steals.

Natajia is coming off a incredible AAU season playing with Lady Vision Elite GUAA Rise. She put up big numbers all summer and picked up multiple college offers along the way. She is a lockdown defender and a great spot-up shooter from deep, I believe her 3 and D capabilities will transition really well at the next level. She is also very effective in transition, with her speed and ability to finish at the rim. She transferred to Bowling Green for her senior season, which is the top program in Western Kentucky. Natajia will provide much needed senior leadership and will be looking to help guide the Lady Purples back to the state tournament.

Her quick first step and change of speeds allowed her to consistently create space between herself and the defense. Did a great job of drawing help D and then making the right pass to her teammates at the rim. Also strong, good ball handler, used fakes well, and showed she can score inside or out.

Often times, new names are plugged in at the back end of the rankings as a place holder until we get better evaluations on them. That’s the case with Natajia. She moves up from 125th to 21st and could rise more in the future. Bowling Green has quite a bit of rebuilding to do this season but Alexander getting a bigger role could be a blessing for both her and the Purples as she has waited her turn and should be ready to break out.

Alexander is another player with a high ceiling. Once she decided to take over, she was scoring at will. Her drives felt impossible to stop as she used her explosive first step to get past defenders. When I say she scored three straight baskets on multiple occasions, I need you to realize that she did this while playing games that only lasted eight minutes with a running clock (and subs coming in halfway through). To say she can score in bunches is not an understatement. I believe Alexander had to sit out last season after transferring to Bowling Green, but she will be a huge addition to their talented team next season.
