She can do all things and is truly effective. A physical wing that can be in attack mode at the drop of a dime. She is going to bring the physicality to the party, going through the opposition on the way to the rim. She can make tough shots look easy, finish through the opposition in the paint, and knock down the 3-ball. Her defense is something you have to pay attention to as well. She gets steals, blocks, and contributes on the boards. A solid kid who is getting looks from collegiate coaches.

Energetic slasher who contributes on both ends of the floor. She has a unique scoring ability to change speeds to attack the rim. She can also pull up for a mid-range jumper and knock down the 3-ball. What sets her apart from most is her defensive ability. She can utilize her frame to cause disruption. She gets steals, deflections, and rebounds well. She is a player who is on the come-up, and coaches will take a long look at her all-around game.

Raigan Wiggins Raigan Wiggins 5'10" | SF/SG East Nashville | 2027 State TN displayed an extremely versatile skillset in her junior season.

Wiggins, at 5’10”, has elite speed at her size. She has above-average dribbling skills to pair with her speed and height, as she can play the role of a big guard on some possessions.

With the combo of her size and speed, she is also an extremely talented defender. Guards have a tough time getting around her, and she is also able to guard some interior players on occasion. One of her better defensive games she had this past school season was against Pearl Cohn High School, where she had five steals.

Wiggins on offense has the capability of extending the floor with her 3-point shot. She has smooth mechanics, and going into her senior season, her perimeter shot will only become more of a weapon in her offensive game.

One of the top versatile kids in the state. She is a hustler who can pretty much do all things. Those who are basketball heads think about Andre Iguodala. She can score on all levels, she plays tremendous defense, and she’s big time on the boards. She helps what makes the Lady Burros go, playing hard on every possession. Look for her to not only have a solid year, but be a vital piece in where the Hillsboro program reaches this upcoming season.

If I had to compare this young lady’s game, it kind of reminds me of Rickea Jackson of the LA Sparks. She contributes to multiple phases of the game. Defensively, she is sound, contributes on the boards, and gets her hands on balls that result in steals or deflections. Offensively, her mid-range game is tight, she can get to the rim, and clean up missed shot opportunities. Plays with relentless energy and effort. She will be the leading catalyst for the Lady Burros for this upcoming season.

Solid hooper who has been putting in that offseason work. A Metro Nashville kid who is striving to put her squad back on the map. This kid is a heckuva two-way player who can defend like crazy and go get buckets. She can knock it down from 3, but also get to the rim and finish against contact. She contributes to other facets of the game as well. An all-around talent who is taking her game to the next level.

A kid who plays with a motor and can do it all on both ends of the floor. Offensively, she can score the basketball from multiple spots on the floor. However, it’s her defense that causes fits for opponents. She’s lanky, has quick feet, and brings toughness to the floor. She will be looked upon to steer the Lady Burros towards state contention. Had a great summer and will look to bring that momentum into the new school ball season.

 Motored up kid that battles on both ends of the floor. RW was getting it done, showing why she is a special player for the Lady Burros. She was clutch in the mid-range, big on the boards going up strong off two as defenders challenged her. She locked up on the defensive end, making her presence known. This young lady is solid and her body of work shows it. High ceiling kid who continues to get better. 

This Lady Burro was truly an aggressor throughout the day. She was a downhill threat, taking her opponent’s off the bounce. Plays with relentless effort, she gave kids guarding her fits as she sliced through the defense. A solid two-way player who competes each and every possession. Contributes on the boards, makes timely assists, you can tell she is poised to have a big upcoming season for the Lady Burros. This kid is solid and look for her to take the next steps of being a major factor for the green and gold program.

A kid who is coming into her own, she has been battle tested both in the high school ranks and on the travel ball circuit. A versatile kid who can score the ball, but her value is on the defensive end. She has active hands and feet and slows down the opposition. She gets steals, block shots, contributes on the boards, hustles on every possession. She just goes hard and her team feeds off her energy. Offensively, she can score on the interior. Has a nice face up game that enables her to pull it from the mid-range or finish around the rim. This kid has some great mentors and will continue to get better.
