The Landsharks of 3A Oceanside Collegiate have been among the winningest of teams over the last several years and Black looks to make sure that continues as she enters her senior season. The 5-foot-10 Landsharks standout is a multi-sport athlete who also plays lacrosse in addition to her basketball achievements. With that height and with her build, one would expect her to exclusively be a frontcourt force but her versatility is what makes her an intriguing prospect. Even though she can score from deep, she is unselfish and wants to get her teammates involved in the flow of a game. Black was one of only two juniors on last season’s Landsharks roster.
