Like we have said for the 2031 Class time and time again, it is REALLY early for the group as a whole so a lot can change in the meantime but as of right now – Reagan Rosteck is the best shooter out of the 2031 Class and she would be in the conversation for the best shooter out of the 2030 Class as well, if she played that age level. I have a feeling that CR – Xavier is NOT going to play up any 8th graders. I’m not saying that is right or wrong. I’m simply saying that Rosteck should be practicing with the high school kids this Winter. She is such a talented that it makes no sense to keep her practicing with the 8th grade group, where she won’t get a ton better. They should throw her into the fire and let her learn. It will do wonders for her both individually and for the program as a whole but either way – she is the type that is going to be ready when her number is called and that’s all you can ask for!

Hand down, man down. I am sure that is a phrase that whoever is defending Reagan Rosteck Reagan Rosteck 5'5" | SG Xavier | 2031 IA hears A LOT. You want to talk about a next level shooting ability? Look no further. Rosteck is willing to pull up from crazy distances off the catch OR dribble. That’s not something you see too often at this age level unless that player has something to their game. From what we saw today, this is the type of prospect that you give the, “Kyle Korver”, treatment too. Every time she sets a screen within your offense, she gets four in return because if you give her enough open looks throughout a ball game – it is NOT going to end well for the opposing squad. Her jump shot is the definition of picture perfect so it’ll all comes down to how she plays off of that throughout the next 4 to 5 years. In this event though? One of the best we watched today with a sniper for an arm. No doubt about it.

If you want to talk about prospects that can really shoot the ball from deep in every-way imaginable, then look no further than Reagan Rosteck Reagan Rosteck 5'5" | SG Xavier | 2031 IA . Rosteck will be apart of the 2031 Class that attends Xavier High School out of Cedar Rapids. From everything I saw at this event, this is a hooper that is not afraid to let it fly from deep. If she is open over half-court, there is a chance the shot could be going up and it might be good. I think something important to note is that these shots do not seem forced. They come naturally to Rosteck so it’ll all be about how she builds off of that ability. If she rounds out the rest of her game as she gets older, watch out because she could be making a Varsity impact in the future before you know it.
