As of most recent, Reggi Spotts Reggi Spotts 5'8" | PG Mason City | 2024 State IA has committed to compete on the collegiate floor with NIACC out of Mason City. This move makes a lot of sense. Spotts is out of the Mason City area and so staying home was definitely on her radar in this situation. It also helps that NIACC is heck of a program and they are only getting better so I’m sure she is going to be happy with her choice. Spotts as a prospect is a “wire-y” guard, that is really athletic. She isn’t the tallest but that doesn’t stop her from being super aggressive offensively. She is very good at attacking the paint and her defender, making them make a business decision at some point. I think at the next level that Spotts is going to be able to really make her mark. She makes a lot of good choices and her coaching staff is elite so as long as she can seize her opportunities, she is going to be a name we hear about a lot at the next level over the next 3-4 years.
