Hamilton is a a very intriguing player. Many of the times watching her she’s typically playing a key complementary role, but Riley also has some shown flashes of ignited scoring upside when given the opportunity. She thrives in both transition and within halfcourt sets due to her unique combination of long-range shooting capacity, tendency to cut behind the defense, finishing prowess in the paint and general selfless play. Understanding how to be highly effective alongside star teammates is an underrated trait many others struggle with, but it comes second nature to her. The defense can’t be left out when mentioning Riley either. She moves on the flight of the ball and remains active regardless of what position she’s tasked with guarding. Hamilton is someone who helps bring it all together for Dexter Southfield.
