Alma High School has started off their season with a 12-1 record and they are looking to build on that moving forward. A major reason for their success is their identity. Everyone on this team knows their identity and what each other do best. As it pertains to Guard, Riley Scott Riley Scott 5'6" | SG Alma | 2024 NE , she is one of the lights out shooters for this group, if not THEE lights out shooter for this group. In each contest you know exactly what Scott is going to give you. 10-12 shot attempts from the floor, while making 40-60% of those attempts but I would venture to say that she does more then just scoring the ball. She makes her presence felt in a number of different ways as a contest goes on, ultimately having her play be a deciding factor in the end. I’m hoping to catch this team compete at some point in person but I’m not sure if it’s going to happen. Either way, I am seeing a lot of positives come out of this program so far.
