This past weekend’s Southeast Kickoff is the lone Prep Girls Hoops Circuit event Mosch Ball 17U is scheduled for – Boatwright and her team will return to action in mid-April at Insider Exposure’s War Games in North Carolina. She is coming off a 2025-26 season with 5A Division 1 Ashley Ridge that saw the Swamp Foxes advance to the Lower State semifinals. was tough on the glass grabbing rebounds and going right back up with the offensive boards. She made a nice play cutting hard to the basket and finishing the old fashioned three point play. She hit her shot from deep showing her ability to score on all levels. She runs the floor well getting into position to score some points in transition.

Another tough out from the 5A Division 1 ranks, Ashley Ridge has played some of its best basketball during region play. The 8-1 record Boatwright’s Swamp Foxes have compiled already sealed up the Region 8-AAAAA championship for this season. The 5-foot-9 Swamp Foxes small forward is third on the team in both scoring and rebounding, averaging 10.2 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.5 steals in the 17 games she has played for Ashley Ridge. Boatwright is another product of the Mosch Ball AAU program. She has Ashley Ridge heading into tournament play with a lot of momentum as the Swamp Foxes have won 10 of its last 11 games as of this writing.

Girls Night Out was a rough night out at the 5A Division 2 Goose Creek office as Boatwright’s 5A Division 1 Ashley Ridge assembling was on the wrong end of a 55-31 decision to another 5A Division 1 team in Ridge View. Boatwright would valiantly finish with 14 points. As a frontcourt force, Boatwright can play at either the four or as a traditional big. She plays with her back to the basket and can throw opposing defenders for a loop with the crafty moves she utilizes to finish at the cup. She does not shy away from physicality as she understands it will give herself opportunities to help her team from the free throw line. Ten of her 14 points were scored in the second half.

Boatwright’s 5A Division 1 Ashley Ridge faced plenty of adversity against 4A Darlington as the Falcons built a 13-point, 30-17 lead at halftime. She was part of a furious Swamp Foxes rally that saw Ashley Ridge pull off the 55-53 win over Darlington. Boatwright finished the contest with 20 points. Out of the 20 she tallied, 14 were placed on the scoreboard in the second half. As a frontcourt force, Boatwright provided an interior presence that was key in the Ashley Ridge comeback. She can provide worthwhile minutes for a team playing as a traditional big or at the four.

Ashley Ridge of the 5A Division 1 ranks will be one of the definitions of “next woman up” across the Palmetto State given the large number of talented seniors graduated from its 2024-25 version. Boatwright is displaying indications she could among those next women up. At 5-foot-9, she thrives as a small forward. She understands the art of making plays in close proximity to the rim and allows her length to negatively affect an opposing team’s passing lanes. Boatwright remains active even when she away from the ball and gets set to box out in case of an opposing team’s missed free throw.
