showed poise and ability well beyond her years. Armstead’s ability to handle the rock against immense pressure was outright impressive. Armstead faced full-court man-to-man for most of the game, and her change of direction, change of speed, and pace allowed her to handle it. The young guard delivered some nice plays in transition and ran the offense like a floor general.

is taking on major responsibility early as a seventh grader, developing into a true all-around point guard. Her ability to get her team’s offense running while also knowing when to look for her own shot is impressive. This has helped her team earn a No. 1 seed in the 2A playoffs.

, showing just how strong their future will be. Together, they are already producing winning seasons at such a young age.
Her maturity as a point guard stands out. She controls the game on both ends of the floor under the bright lights, which is must-see basketball. Watching her make on-time post entry passes, draw two defenders for easy drop-offs, push the ball early in transition, and use her pace without rushing offers just a glimpse of what is still to come.

Seve made a strong first impression as a point guard with an advanced feel and confidence for her age. She showed herself to be a strong passer with good handles, including a quick behind the back dribble to change direction and create space. Seve came up big late with a huge And-1 and consistently impacted the game while logging heavy minutes. What stood out most was her comfort level as she is only a 7th grader yet looked at home playing varsity minutes and running point for a team that is one of the best in SWFL and has big postseason goals.
