About Skylar

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a combo guard/point guard that likes to control the pace of offense. I play very aggressive defense and make very smart passes. I sometimes play as a pass first point guard but if I need to. I will go get a bucket.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a very out going personality. I am very positive and lift up my teammates.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am in NJHS. I have done drama club as well.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed leadership. As I am a point guard so I control the pace of offense on my team and help us be successful.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that will fit my playing style. I am also looking for one that has my career path way that I want.

It doesn’t matter if she is on or off of the ball. Johnson can make something happen either way. Defensively, she demonstrates all that time that she has an act for taking away the ball from an opponent by being in the right spot at the right time. Keep an eye on Johnson. Within the right system, she could really thrive over her high school career.
