. Sravya really found her footing in her second year at PVI, and she was the second-best player for one of the better squads in Virginia. Sravya’s range is excellent, and every shot she takes looks good. The growth I saw from Sravya this year was that she did more creating for herself off the bounce, and with PVI not having a true PG, she did a good job as a playmaker. Sravya was first-team all-state and second-team all-conference in the WCAC.

Janapati impacted the game with activity on the glass and versatility in transition. She drew a foul on a 3-point attempt early and converted at the line, then ran the floor for an easy layup to help shift momentum. Her rebounding presence allowed her to initiate offense herself, giving Paul VI valuable extra possessions. Janapati’s hustle plays and defensive positioning provided balance on both ends.

Sravya’s college-ready game was evident throughout, particularly in her role as a point forward. She processed defensive coverages quickly, recognized mismatches, and made decisive reads that kept the offense organized and efficient.
Her impact peaked in the third quarter when she caught fire, accounting for ten straight points for Paul VI. The run included two three-pointers and a pair of mid-range jumpers, each coming within the flow of the offense rather than forced attempts. Beyond the scoring burst, her composure and vision consistently put teammates in position to succeed, reinforcing her value as a playmaker with scoring versatility.

Sravya was held scoreless in the first half of Paul VI’s win. She broke totally out in the second half scoring the first 11 points of the second half. She wasn’t finished as she dropped another back to back three pointers to end with 17 points and break the 1000 point career scoring barrier,

PVI doesn’t have a true PG, so they ask a lot of players to handle the ball, and Sravya is one of them. She makes her living as a shooter, but she has developed into a much better overall offensive player. In both games, PVI played, she got to the rim and hit some floaters. She is always a reliable shooter and a high-IQ player. She may be this team’s second-best player right now on a PVI team that’s streaking.

It was hard to identify the Panthers players as their jersey numbers didn’t match the roster, however, the Brown University commit

made herself known. Sravya was very active on both ends. She started off the action against McDonogh with a nice scoop layup that she was able to convert into a three point play. She followed that up with a mid-range set shot and a three. She showed that she had the ability to score at each level on the floor.

Sravya showed her versatility Thursday as a combo guard. She possessed good poise as Paul IV’s point guard as she handled the pressure. Her size makes it difficult for any defender. Sravya has great court vision, as she managed to breakdown the defense at times to find her teammates. I’d suggest defenders not to go under the ball screen when guarding Sravya. She can and will pull it from deep.

Paul VI can put five players on the court at any given time that can shoot from beyond the arc. When the shots are falling they’re aren’t many teams that will be able to keep up with them in a shootout. Sravya is one of those players that can fill it up. She is considered one of the top shooters in the conference and the way the Panthers move the ball she should get some good looks and have some big games.

Sharp shooter whose stock has been rising over the past three years. Has great size for a shooting guard/wing on the perimeter. Arguably the best shooter in the 2026 class in the state of Virginia has good range and can knock it down from anywhere. Had a good showing at DMV Live and now she’s committed headed to Brown University!

Good three point shooter and from the midrange! A guard that can get her shot off without a lot of space. She moves without the ball and is consistent getting to her spot on the floor. Sravya shooting as an outside threat demands defensive attention and can stretch the floor to open up easy opportunities for her teammates.
