Starr is a talented guard with some versatility in her game. She has deep range on her shot and is a crafty finisher in the paint. She plays with an edge and is an intense competitor. I think she has a chance to be in the running for Anne Arundel County player of the year after a strong showing on the Puma circuit.

Starr is a tough combo guard that has deep range on her shot. She is able to get to the rim and finish, and when she adds more mid-range to her game she will go to the next level. She has the physical tools to stand out this summer. I would like to see her get more engaged-on defense to complete the package.
