Taia Brown Taia Brown LA brings a scoring and playmaking combination worth watching in this Millsaps Prospect Camp group. The 2029 guard can contribute as a scorer, set up teammates, and create takeaways defensively—abilities reflected in her previous high school production. www.maxpreps.com As a coach, that versatility gets my attention. Being able to find your own offense while keeping teammates involved gives you more ways to help a team, especially in a camp setting where players are learning to work together quickly. That’s the connection to “Making Plays, Earning Attention” for Taia. Her scoring deserves a look, but her ability to contribute beyond the bucket makes her an interesting young prospect. Millsaps was an opportunity to put those tools in front of a college staff and continue building her game. Keep working, Taia—there’s plenty to build on!

After watching Brown play once, it was clear that she has a bright basketball future. She is tough as nails with an elite handle. Her ability to control the game, make plays, defend at a high level and score at will were impressive in every game. It will be hard to find a young player with better handles. She is a creative young point guard with tons of upside.
