delivered one of the most complete performances of the entire JSE Showcase and made it clear why she is considered one of Louisiana’s premier 2027 prospects. The 5-foot-10 Wossman standout embraced the leadership role, controlled the tempo and consistently elevated the play of everyone around her.
Wright’s length, athleticism and versatility allow her to make a major impact on both ends of the floor. Defensively, she can guard multiple positions, apply pressure and disrupt opposing offenses with her activity and instincts. Offensively, she operates as a primary facilitator, displaying excellent court vision, strong decision-making and the ability to keep her teammates involved.
She is also a dependable perimeter shooter who forces defenders to respect her range. When opponents close out aggressively, Wright can put the ball on the floor, create separation and generate offense for herself or others. Her ability to score, facilitate and defend makes her one of the most versatile prospects in the class.

Wright is growing into one of the most interesting prospects in the state with her nack for just being where the ball is. She looks taller than her listed height. She handles the ball like a guard, but works in the lane like a post. She is a high level rebounder and elite finisher. And to top it all she is a competitor. Wright wants the smoke. She is ALWAYS in the action. If you can keep her from getting down hill, she is a willing passer that can kill you on the offensive boards. Every year she accepts more responsibility and never fails to deliver.

Wright could do nothing wrong, and let me start with her being “long and athletic”, yep, it’s still the base, and seeing her rebound and go coast to coast to score or dish was nice, but so was her score off the dribble in the set as well as defending passionately

Wright did a lot of things right starting with doing something I love to see and that’s “playing the passing lane”. She’s also long and athletic, one more time, that is the base and her timing to block, alter and (or) deflect shots was solid, and so was her interior defense. She also stepped outside the paint to defend, hit the boards on both ends and scored off the dribble
